Notes:

General:
* Viewers will be able to select both singer & song
* Submission open until 31.12.2008

Composers:
* Required to be at least 18 preferably Andorra citizens or Andorran nationality
* May submit more than one song
* Song may not be more than 3 minutes
* The language preferably is Catalan
* The demos should be sent with a presentation letter and a resume of the author and composer
* The songs may not be released before the contest
* The songs needs to be copyright free with no contracts with any company.

Singers:
* Required to be at least 18 preferably Andorra citizens or Andorran nationality
* Each singer may have up to 3 songs and at least one of them should be in catalan.
* Should send them with presentation letter and resume with the song.
* Musical experience plus preparation will be taken into account.
* Skills in speaking Catalan alongside with speaking English and French will be considered.
* Should be free from any contract, company or agent during the entire phase.
* Should allow RTVA to be their agent for this the entire duration of the Eurovision should they win the selection.
