Andorra starts the rolling of the ball

Andorra will have a national final to select their entry for 2009 Eurovision and RTVA will reveal the rules and relegation to it this weekend.

The brodcaster will participate in a fair taking place in Andorra La Vella where they will include a "show and tell" about their projects which one of them is the national selection project, where they will give out an idea of what's going to happen.

Rules so far:
* Composers & singers will be invited to enter the selection.

* A maximum of 3 demo recordings per artist will be allowed and at least one of them need to be in Catalan.

* Anyone who wants to take part in the selection need to send a presentation letter with a audio or video demo.

* The submission will start on 24.10.2008 (Tomorrow) and will end on 31.12.08.

* An expert jury will choose the performer(s) along with the best 3 songs to take part in the National final.

* Decision will be made on the national final solely on the SMS televoting.
