Swedish Selection Procedure

Sweden mix Eurovision with the Basketball league

The Swedish has TV has published the procedure for 2009 national selection which reveal that
5 Semi finals will take place -

1st Semi final - 07/02/2009 in Scandinavium in Gothenburg
2nd Semi final- 14/02/2009 in Skelleftea kraft arena in Skelleftea
3rd Semi final - 21/02/2009 in Ejendals arena in Leksand
4th Semi final - 28/02/2009 in Malmo arena in Malmo
5th Semi final - 07/03/2009 in Himmelstaundshallen in Norrkoping

Each semi final will include 2 rounds of televoting:
In the first round the top 4 songs will qualified for next round, and in the second round songs will be competing head in head (much like in the system which the European championship league is working) with the song that reached the 1st place compete against the song reached the 4th place and the song reached 2nd place against the song reached 3rd place (which looks weird to me since it's not basketball it's Eurovision!). The winner of each match will qualify for the final, while the losing song will have another chance in the 5th final.

After all the finals has being concluded a team of international juries will award one of the songs failing to reach the final a wild card qualifying it to the final.

The final will take place on 14/03/2009 at The Globe Theatre in Stockholm with the winner chosen by regional juries, televoting and international juries.

Due to the fascist ways that the Swedish broadcaster SVT is acting in which they sue, threat and shut down any blog or website that dares to deal with their National final video out of sheer fascination of the Eurovision rather than any will to share any information about their forsaken TV shows i don't know how much of that national final will be able to be shared.

i know your Fascination towards Eurovision but SVT has Fascism towards Eurovision so we have a problem here cause Eurovision was meant to be about spirit rather than money.
