ERR - New Estonian Brodcaster!

Although it happened quite sometime ago so it's not that new - i only found out about it now (probably because of the distance i kept from the contest after the sham victory of Russia winning mainly cause it got secured at least 10 countries 12 points solely on nation purposes) and i was wondering when i saw it on Esctoday what ERR is, i thought perhaps it's a new broadcaster (if so what happened to ETV with the happy logo)
but the mystery solved.

ERR is the Eesti Rahvusringhääling (Estonian Public Broadcasting) - which is a publicly funded radio and television organization created in Estonia on 01.06.2007 to take over the functions of the former organization which was a separate Eesti Raadio (ER) and Eesti Televisioon (ETV) under the terms of the Estonian National Broadcasting Act. The first chairman of ERR is Margus Allikmaa, the former chairman of Eesti Raadio.

The Act, which was passed by the Estonian Parliament on 18.01.2007, also appointed Eesti Ringhäälingunõukogu (RHN) (the Estonian Broadcasting Council) to act as the regulatory body for ERR's five national radio channels and single television station.
