The dead line for submitting songs in Denmark has passed and the submission has closed so if you wanted to send a song for the Danish national final you will just have to make it to next year.
684 songs were submitted to DR the Danish broadcaster which is a lot more than in the recent years, and as already being mentioned the Danish are going straight forward having only a final night to their selection and that's it.
Among the submitters is DQ who represented Denmark in Eurovision 2007 with "Drama Queen", Me & My who is a duo that took part in the National final which DQ has won, Claus
& Anne-Marie Hassing who took part in 2008 Danish selection as well as Claus Christen who were writing "Drama Queen" with Peter Andersen (DQ)
